Investor Rescue
We create structures to support the victims of complex financial crime. We investigate global frauds relating to investor groups and then we develop those complex investigations into class action litigation cases supporting victims in gaining access to legal representation, barrister opinions and litigation funding. We provide all of the administrative elements for the legal teams and continue any further investigations and evidence logging. Recently we have expanded our capabilities to complex public relations activities and whistleblower support.

We acted on behalf of almost 1,000 investors by supporting the official Receiver and legal teams in making recoveries on behalf of the investment base. We discovered the 1500 acre Lakeland Estate acquired via money laundering and we explored options for other recoveries for investors. Tim Schools (pictured) received a 14 year sentence in Court.
Aggressively Marketed Tax Avoidance Schemes
A persistent and determined group of promoters of tax avoidance sought to exploit every opportunity to harm the tax system by selling tax avoidance schemes they claimed sidestep the rules. They caused harm to public finances and to the individuals that used the schemes they promoted, who often end up with large tax bills on top of the substantial fees already paid out to the promoters. We have already litigated for over £200m of redress and are now ramping up for a further class action round for up to £1bn.
